Veronica Vázquez is the Founder and Owner of OBA Oregon Builders & Associates Construction LLC, a woman-owned remodeling and construction firm serving communities across Oregon. With a professional foundation that began in construction operations and weatherization services, Veronica developed early hands-on knowledge in materials management, project coordination, field logistics, payroll, and inventory control.

Her experience spans residential remodeling, energy-efficient upgrades, and full-scale renovations, supported by strong financial oversight and disciplined operational management. Veronica understands construction from the ground up—combining jobsite awareness, subcontractor coordination, compliance requirements, and client-focused execution.

As a strategic business leader, she integrates structured processes, budgeting controls, and quality standards into every project. Her leadership ensures that OBA delivers durable craftsmanship, code-compliant builds, and projects completed with precision, accountability, and long-term performance in mind.

Project Manager: With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, our Project Manager began his career in 2000 and brings extensive hands-on expertise to every project. His background includes residential remodeling, finish carpentry, tile installation, insulation, HVAC duct installation, window and door replacement, painting, landscaping, and detailed project estimating.

He has successfully led kitchen and bathroom remodels, full-home renovations, and ADU construction projects from concept through completion. His well-rounded technical knowledge allows him to manage projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Known for his strong leadership in the field, he ensures that schedules stay on track, budgets remain accurate, and quality expectations are consistently met. Clients appreciate his practical problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering durable, functional, and beautifully finished spaces.

Estimator - With over 10 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, Jesus Reyes brings a strong foundation in roofing installation, exterior improvements, and project management. Beginning in hands-on field work, Jesus Reyes specialized in full roof tear-offs, new roof installations, and tile systems, developing a deep understanding of quality workmanship, safety standards, and efficient job-site operations.

In addition to roofing, Jesus has experience in hardscape and landscaping projects, including pavers, retaining walls, grading, and outdoor space enhancements. Over time, increased responsibilities led to leadership roles overseeing crews, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Today, Jesus supports projects through bidding, estimating, and project management, combining practical field knowledge with administrative expertise to deliver accurate budgets and successful outcomes. Known for reliability and attention to detail, Jesus is committed to delivering durable, high-quality results on every project.
